Invesco is seeking a Senior Compliance Executive / Compliance Manager to join its Dublin team. You will safeguard and shape Invesco's regulatory framework in Ireland, acting as a trusted partner to ensure compliance with evolving requirements and to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, contribute to regulatory change initiatives, and help foster a strong culture of compliance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Compliance role within Funds or Asset Management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Irish regulatory framework (UCITS, CP86, AML, Fitness & Probity, IAF).
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into practical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Head of Compliance Ireland to support regulatory framework and governance.
• Coordinate responses to Central Bank of Ireland requests with internal stakeholders.
• Support AML/CTF oversight and regulatory reporting activities.
• Provide day-to-day compliance guidance to business stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on the business.
• Deliver targeted compliance training to promote a strong compliance culture.
