Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a French-speaking Agentforce/Data Cloud Success Architect to drive AI-enabled customer outcomes for strategic clients. You will leverage Data Cloud to unify data, enable real-time decision making, and power AI-driven marketing, engagement, and insights.

The role focuses on architectural guidance, performance optimization, and strong collaboration with internal teams and customers. Office-flexible with three days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in French (Written + Aural).
• Demonstrated success in implementing CDP/AI projects either directly or as part of a Customer Success team.
• Ability to guide customers through complex AI/Data implementations with a focus on providing clear technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce/Data Cloud SME for the broader Success Architect organisation.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate optimisation strategies for technical architecture and solution design.
• Identify capability gaps and design Architect solutions through customization.
• Facilitate and influence Executive stakeholders aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the engagement catalog for Agentforce/Data Cloud customers.
• Build relationships with internal and external business partners to contribute to growth.
• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
