Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Data Cloud/Agentforce Success Guide based in Ireland. You will leverage data and analytics expertise to drive successful outcomes for strategic customers, enabling real-time decision-making and AI-driven engagement across Data Cloud and Agentforce.

You will engage with Premier and Signature customers, tailoring engagements to their unique opportunities and collaborating with Success Managers, Account Executives, and Support to maximize adoption and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Fluent in French and English.
• 4-6 years’ experience in a customer-facing role in the technology industry.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into tangible business value and ROI for customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with cross-functional, global teams.
• Experience with Data 360 and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful outcomes for strategic customers by leveraging Data Cloud and Agentforce expertise.
• Engage Premier and Signature customers to enable, advise, and optimize usage.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver 1:1 Success Requests and Expert Coaching Sessions; collaborate with Success Managers, Account Executives, and Support.
• Mentor and share knowledge to drive product adoption and ROI.
