Job summary

Re:work in Dublin offers a hybrid, full-time HR consultant role focused on employee relations across multiple client organisations. You’ll be the first point of contact, handling queries, investigations and scoped consultancy projects with leadership teams and HR managers.

You will travel as required, advise on obligations, draft policies, and develop proposals to grow client work. A degree in HR, 3+ years’ relevant experience, and knowledge of Irish employment law are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified, ideally with an HR focus.
• 3+ years’ experience in HR or employment law.
• Hands-on experience with employee relations and industrial relations matters.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practice and employment law in Ireland.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Get to know each client’s business and goals, and build lasting relationships with decision-makers.
• Advise clients on HR issues and legal obligations at all stages of employment.
• Work through complex employee relations cases with clients and help settle on policy and approach.
• Prepare and check paperwork for employee relations cases, ensuring compliance and protection.
• Lead or coordinate investigations, and manage consultancy projects to scope, cost and timing.
• Design and run HR training sessions for leadership teams, managers and staff.
• Inform clients when law or best practice changes, updating policies accordingly.
• Identify client needs and draft proposals to meet them.
• Record time and advice accurately for billing and records.
