Job summary

MongoDB Ireland is seeking a Commercial Growth Account Executive to identify new workloads and expand Atlas usage within existing customers. You will drive adoption, retention and satisfaction across a dynamic sales team.

The role focuses on outbound pipeline, articulating MongoDB's expanded features, building relationships with decision-makers, and navigating diverse industries to land and expand workloads.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of sales experience, preferably in software or databases.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working within a quota/commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Identify new workloads and use cases within existing accounts to drive Atlas consumption.
• Articulate the value of MongoDB's expanded feature set and developer data platform.
• Support customers throughout their journey, addressing queries and ensuring optimal product usage.
• Develop relationships within customer accounts to deepen MongoDB as a partner for decision-makers.
• Navigate diverse industries with a data-driven discovery and sales process to land and expand workloads.
