Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Commercial Growth Account Executive in Ireland to identify new workloads and expand Atlas usage within existing accounts. You will articulate the value of the developer data platform and support customers across their journey to maximize adoption and retention.

You will build relationships with account decision-makers, operate in a quota-driven environment, and thrive in a dynamic sales team. Hybrid work with offices in Dublin or Cork is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in database or software.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work within a quota/commission structure.
• College degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify new workloads and use cases within existing accounts to drive Atlas consumption.
• Articulate the value of MongoDB's developer data platform and evolving features.
• Support customers throughout their journey, addressing queries and ensuring optimal product usage.
• Develop relationships within accounts to broaden visibility and deepen MongoDB's partnership with decision-makers.
• Navigate diverse industries with a data-driven discovery and sales process to land and expand workloads.
