Job summary

CareerWise Recruitment's client in Donegal is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to deliver on-site maintenance and repair, PPMS, and breakdown support, while building strong customer relationships.

You will diagnose faults, use diagnostic software and hand-tools, and collaborate with service desks and operations to drive improvements. A valid driving license and F-Gas certificate are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service or field-based technician role.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), breakdowns, commissioning workloads.
• Diagnose system problems and repair units using diagnostics and hand-tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and coordinate with service desk and operations.
