Job summary

CareerWise Recruitment is seeking an HVAC Service Technician for a North Dublin client. The role focuses on servicing heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems on site under maintenance contracts, delivering high-quality repairs and customer care.

You will diagnose problems, perform planned maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and work with the service desk and operations team to improve equipment performance. A company van is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven field service or technician experience.
• Strong customer service knowledge and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate technicians.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with apps, diagnostic software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems during service visits.
• Perform PPM, breakdowns, warranty, hire and commissioning work.
• Build strong customer relationships as the trusted contact.
• Coordinate with service desk, sales and operations teams.
• Use diagnostic software and tools per specifications.
• Generate reports on completed invoiced work orders.
• Foster customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Communicate with supervisors and regional managers to drive improvement.
