Job summary

CareerWise Recruitment is seeking a HVAC Service Technician for a Co Limerick based client. The role involves diagnosing and servicing HVAC systems at customer sites, delivering preventive maintenance, and handling breakdowns under service contracts.

You will build strong customer relationships, work with the service desk and operations team, and use diagnostic software and MS Office tools to document work and reports. A company van is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service or field-based technician.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to diagnose system problems & attend customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair system problems on customer sites.
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and breakdown work.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers as trusted contact.
• Collaborate with service desk, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Generate reports on completed invoiced work orders.
