Job summary

CareerWise Recruitment is seeking an HVAC Service Technician for our County Limerick based client. The role delivers high standards of service to maintain customer plant and equipment on site under a maintenance and service contract, with a provided company van.

You will diagnose system faults, perform PPMs, attend breakdowns and commissioning workloads, and collaborate with the service desk, sales and operations to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service or field-based technician role.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles.
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems when servicing products and equipment on projects and customer site visits.
• Attend customer sites to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), breakdowns, warranty work, hire and commissioning workloads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted point of contact.
• Collaborate with Service desk, Sales and Operations to share key customer insights.
