Job summary

Event Restaurants Ireland Limited in Ireland is seeking a Workforce and HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration across multiple locations. The role includes managing schedules and employee records, and assisting payroll processes.

You will coordinate interviews, onboarding, staff training, timekeeping and attendance, while ensuring compliance and data integrity. A bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required, with hospitality experience desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business-related field or equivalent.
• Experience in recruitment, employee administration and scheduling.
• Payroll support experience including timesheets and attendance.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desirable: experience in hospitality, events or high-volume workforces.
• Desirable: training, wellbeing, and employee engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment: ads, applications, interviews, onboarding.
• Maintain confidential employee records, contracts and attendance docs.
• Plan staff schedules and allocate across multiple locations.
• Monitor availability, leave, and inform staff of changes.
• Be first point of contact for schedules, attendance and HR queries.
• Support wellbeing and engagement through regular communications.
• Coordinate induction and training; track completion of programmes.
• Review timesheets and assist payroll preparation.
• Coordinate staffing across locations and assist with logistics.
• Produce workforce reports and support HR policy implementation.
