Eclective Hospitality Group in Dublin is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across the organisation. Qualifications

  • At least 6 months' experience in an HR department in Ireland.
  • At least 2 years of hospitality experience in Ireland.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
  • International Law degree or international legal background; Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and commercial awareness.
  • Strong understanding of turnover and retention analysis.
  • High skills on Microsoft Office.

Job Description

We are a hospitality group, and we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support to managers and employees across the organisation. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Irish employment law and employee relations, combined with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A legal background from Hispanic countries is highly desirable, particularly where supported by experience in employment law, HR, or employee relations.
