PTSB is seeking an HR Support Administrator to join the People Services team in Dublin. The role focuses on delivering high-quality HR admin, maintaining employee records and supporting HR systems with a service-oriented approach.

As a HR Support Administrator, you will be part of the People Services team and provide high-quality administrative and operational support across a wide range of HR processes and activities. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting HR systems and processes, and responding to employee and stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner. The role requires a strong focus on service delivery, data accuracy, process compliance, and continuous improvement to support the evolving needs of the business and the People function. You will work collaboratively across the wider HR team, providing flexible support across multiple People Services activities as business priorities require. This is an important role within the HR service delivery model, helping to ensure a consistent employee experience, adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements, and the integrity of employee data and HR processes.
This is a 24 month Fixed Term Contract position based in PTSB's St.Stephens Green Dublin (Hybrid option available within the Republic Of Ireland Only).
