You will map stakeholders, plan ROB for HR Leadership Team, manage governance, budgets, and vendor contracts, and deliver data-driven insights for decision making.

The role emphasizes proactive, dynamic support across HR projects, with a hybrid working model in City Centre offices and access to extensive learning and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Business Manager or similar role.
• Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen with budgeting experience.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills.
• Experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder mapping and prioritising CPO time with effective meeting prep.
• Plan and implement Rhythm of Business for HR Leadership Team.
• Support governance, budgets, and vendor contracts within HR initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for HR initiatives and OKRs.
• Oversee engagement programs and culture-building activities.
