Job summary

Irish Life Group Services Limited is seeking an HR professional to join the People Services team on a 12 month contract in a hybrid City Centre role. You will support business leaders, advise on the full employee lifecycle, and drive people initiatives with a focus on fair and equitable practices.

Applicants should have a third level HR qualification and strong stakeholder management skills, with knowledge of Irish employment law.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR advisory, generalist or specialist role with understanding of Irish employment legislation.
• Ability to provide practical HR guidance and support to managers and colleagues.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support HR and Business leaders in delivering our Business and People Strategy.
• Provide trusted advice on the full employee lifecycle including performance, career paths, development and retention.
• Leverage HR Centres of Expertise to deliver quality HR services to stakeholders.
• Guide management of employee relations issues including disciplinary and grievance cases.
• Develop and continuously improve people-related policies to meet regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for cost and organizational improvements using data and metrics.
• Lead and contribute to HR projects within the people workstream of functional strategies.
