Job summary

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Ireland Labour Law and HR principles.

This role combines support of our Ireland warehouse as well as the office and requires presence on both sites. You will play a pivotal role in the People Function organisation in Ireland.This role is based 5 Days On siteYour role as People Advisor will be to solve the HR-related queries of our employees and leaders and make sure their interaction with HR results in a great experience.For this you will:Own people’s inquiries about HR policies and procedures, understand their needs, investigate options, seek solutions, and partner with other HR colleagues to resolve the inquiriesWork in close connection with our site managers in Ireland to support with benefits, policies & procedures, advising and supporting employees during various workplace-related concerns and allegations, ensuring a fair and equitable work environment and appropriately resolving misconductActively work in Workday (our HR management system) and Service NowGuide and train employees and managers in the new HR systems and service delivery modelSupport the delivery of the HR Cycle with administrative tasks related to onboarding, annual performance management, job moves, exit, etc.Ensure the accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness of various HR-related documents. Key documentation review responsibilities could include Employee Records, HR Policies & Procedures, Compliance Auditing, and Benefits & Compensation.
