Job summary

Maersk is seeking a People Advisor in Dublin, Ireland, to support the HR needs of our Ireland warehouse and office. The role requires presence on-site five days a week and involves handling employee inquiries, policy guidance, onboarding, performance cycles, and HR documentation in Workday.

You will work closely with site managers, ensure compliant HR practices, and deliver a great employee experience across Ireland while upholding Maersk's inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Ireland labour laws and HR compliance.
• Experience in resolving employee relations issues.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Solution-oriented with focus on quality and improvements.
• Experience with Workday or HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own inquiries about HR policies and procedures and resolve with HR colleagues.
• Support site managers in Ireland with benefits, policies, and workplace concerns.
• Guide and train employees and managers in HR systems and service delivery.
• Support onboarding, performance management, job moves, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of HR documents.
• Review Employee Records, HR Policies, Compliance, Benefits & Compensation.
