Job summary

Elgin is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join the People & Culture team on a six-month fixed-term contract. You will handle onboarding, contracts, leave records, and employee data while supporting payroll inputs and HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the Head of People & Culture and requires strong attention to detail, discretion and collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR Operations or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, leave, records and offboarding.
