Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support our Ireland and UK operations from a Dublin office on a 6‑month fixed term contract. The role spans day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, payroll collaboration, and HR system activities within a multinational environment.

You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, maintain accurate records, and drive HR improvement projects while ensuring compliance and promoting a high‑performing workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ HR Generalist experience in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll collaboration.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for Ireland and UK business.
• Be first point of contact for HR queries and maintain HR records.
• Support employee relations, onboarding, and performance processes.
• Drive HR improvement projects and ensure compliance.
