Zusammenfassung

Ascension Executive Recruitment is supporting an organisation seeking an organised HR Administrator to deliver day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will maintain accurate records, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, support payroll inputs and help improve HR processes and documentation.

In this role you will handle payroll data, maintain confidential files, monitor deadlines, respond to HR queries and assist with audits.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in HR administration, people operations or a similar role.
• Experience maintaining HR systems and confidential employee records.
• Experience supporting payroll inputs and employee lifecycle administration.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and follow-through.
• Clear, practical communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and in line with data-protection requirements.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, employee documentation, system records and related tasks.
• Process employee changes, including role, salary and contractual updates.
• Maintain accurate and complete employee data and digital personnel files.
• Prepare regular HR and payroll reports and provide accurate payroll inputs to Finance.
• Administer pension enrolments, leavers and employee referral payments.
• Monitor contract, probation, visa and other employee-document deadlines.
• Manage routine HR queries and the shared HR mailbox, escalating sensitive matters appropriately.
• Support HR audits, data-quality checks and remediation of missing or inaccurate records.
• Update HR procedures, templates, forms, employee guidance and handbook content.
• Support improvements to HR document storage and employee self-service content.
