Job summary

Harbourne Associates is seeking an HR Manager to lead the HR department for a market-leading construction company in Dublin. The role covers recruitment lifecycle, employee relations, policy development, training coordination, payroll oversight and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have strong HR experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of employment law in the UK and Ireland; confidentiality and multitasking are essential as the role runs the HR

Qualifications

• Strong experience in HR roles
• Knowledge of employment law for UK and Ireland
• Ability to run a HR department solely
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary actions fairly
• Develop workplace policies and ensure legal compliance
• Identify staff training needs and coordinate development programs
• Monitor pay structures, payroll processing and employee perks
• Oversee performance appraisal systems and employee output
