Job summary

Barden is seeking a HR Generalist to own end-to-end recruitment and play a key role in the People & Culture function in Ireland. You will partner with the Head of HR, manage onboarding, and drive HR processes while ensuring GDPR and Irish employment law compliance.

You will handle recruitment from job spec to offer, support managers, maintain HRIS data integrity, and lead initiatives on employer branding and employee wellbeing as the team evolves.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a HR Generalist role with hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and GDPR.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers across varied roles.
• Proven ability to run HR reporting and analytics.
• Comfortable shaping processes in a growing function.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding handover.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and decision-making.
• Run the employee lifecycle with strong HRIS data integrity.
• Be the first point of contact for People queries.
• Develop and update policies in line with Irish law and GDPR.
• Lead projects across employer branding, engagement and wellbeing.
