Barden is seeking a HR Generalist to own end-to-end recruitment and play a key role in the People & Culture function in Ireland. You will partner with the Head of HR, manage onboarding, and drive HR processes while ensuring GDPR and Irish employment law compliance.

You will handle recruitment from job spec to offer, support managers, maintain HRIS data integrity, and lead initiatives on employer branding and employee wellbeing as the team evolves.

Formación

• 3+ years in a HR Generalist role with hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and GDPR.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers across varied roles.
• Proven ability to run HR reporting and analytics.
• Comfortable shaping processes in a growing function.

Barden is delighted to partner with a privately owned, Irish business as they look to hire a HR Generalist. This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of the People & Culture function, combining full-cycle recruitment with the day-to-day running of the employee experience.

You will own recruitment from job spec to offer, be the first port of call for colleagues on People queries, and take on projects that shape the function as it grows. You will work directly with the Head of HR, in a small team where structure is still being built.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Own end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding handover.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and decision-making.
• Run the employee lifecycle, from joiners to leavers, with strong HRIS data integrity.
• Be the first point of contact for People queries, knowing when to escape.
• Develop and update policies in line with Irish employment law and GDPR.
• Lead projects such across employer brand, engagement, wellbeing etc.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• 3+ years in a HR Generalist role.
• Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law and GDPR.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers across a range of roles and levels.
• HRIS proficiency and confidence with HR reporting and analytics.
• Comfortable shaping process in a growing function.
• Degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred, and CIPD membership is a plus.
