Job summary

Barden is seeking a HR Generalist on a 12-month FTC in Ireland. You will own end-to-end recruitment, handle People queries, and lead projects shaping the team and employee experience.

The role offers four days per week, with real breadth and ownership in a growing People function, and opportunities to advance skills in HRIS reporting and policy development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a People Operations or HR Generalist role, including end-to-end recruitment ownership.
• Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law and GDPR.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers across a range of roles and levels.
• HRIS proficiency and confidence with HR reporting and analytics.
• Pragmatic, discreet, and comfortable shaping process in a growing function.
• Degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred, and CIPD membership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding handover.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and decision-making.
• Run the employee lifecycle, from joiners to leavers, with strong HRIS data integrity.
• Be the first point of contact for People queries, knowing when to escalate.
• Develop and update policies in line with Irish employment law and GDPR.
• Lead projects such as employer brand, AI in HR, engagement, or wellbeing.

You will take hiring from job spec to offer, be the first port of call for colleagues on People queries, and lead projects that shape the team.
