Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Operations professional to coordinate regional HR initiatives, manage project logistics, and support expatriate administration across ASAO. The role requires expertise in HR data analytics, stakeholder management, and compliance with employment laws.

The successful candidate will handle monthly reporting, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration, with occasional business travel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR operations or related functions.
• Experience in HR data analytics is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience facilitating group meetings and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices, especially in Singapore and ASAO region.
• Experience supporting expatriate administration or regional HR operations is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organise regional HR initiatives, including employee engagement, talent development, management development programmes, and HR meetings.
• Prepare and manage programme logistics, accommodation arrangements, meeting schedules, and content coordination for regional projects.
• Consolidate personnel statistics from HR and finance stakeholders to ensure accurate monthly reporting.
• Support compliance audits, review findings, and recommend corrective actions to strengthen compliance.
• Analyse HR data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Support international and Japanese expatriate administration and ensure smooth regional mobility processes.
• Monitor employment legislation and workplace regulations to support legal and regulatory compliance across the region.
• Provide administrative and operational support to General Affairs functions when required.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives assigned by the HR Manager and Regional HRBP team.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or any relevant field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in HR operations, or related functions.
• Experience in HR Data Analytics is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience facilitating group meetings and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices in Singapore and within the ASAO (ASEAN, South Asia, and Oceania) region is an added advantage.
• Experience supporting expatriate administration or regional HR operations is an added advantage.
• Comfortable with independent business trips.
