Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned logistics leader to drive forecasting, budgeting, and business planning to accelerate organisational growth. You will develop commercial strategies to expand revenue and market presence while managing sales, operations, and administrative functions for overall performance.

The role requires deep knowledge of the Singapore logistics market, P&L responsibility, and a proven track record in business development and digital transformation

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industries.
• Experience in air freight operations; exposure to ocean freight and contract logistics is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore logistics market.
• Experience managing a business unit, branch, or department.
• Experience holding P&L responsibility.
• Proven budget planning, forecasting, and financial performance management.
• Experience managing both sales and operations teams.
• Demonstrated track record in business development and customer acquisition.
• Established network among local and multinational companies in Singapore is an added advantage.
• Experience leading digital transformation, CRM implementations, BI tools, or workflow digitalisation initiatives is an added advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience within the freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry.
• Experience in air freight operations; exposure to ocean freight, contract logistics, and supply chain solutions is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore logistics market.
• Experience managing a business unit, branch, or department.
• Experience holding P&L responsibility.
• Proven experience in budget planning, forecasting, and financial performance management.
• Experience managing both sales and operations teams.
• Demonstrated track record in business development and customer acquisition.
• Established network among local and multinational companies in Singapore is an added advantage.
• Experience leading digital transformation, process improvement, automation, CRM implementation, BI tools, or workflow digitalisation initiativesis an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and headquarters in Japan.
• Business-level English proficiency for communication with English-speaking regional and international stakeholders.

Benefits & Perks

• Monthly salary: Up to SGD 11,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
• AWS + Performance bonus subject to company performance
• Annual leave: 14 days, increasing progressively up to 18 days
• Medical, hospitalisation, parental, and childcare leave in accordance with applicable regulations
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
