Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Ireland is seeking a Sales Administration professional to support regional sales teams, handle orders, and generate reports. The role focuses on processing distributor orders, maintaining monthly PO submissions, and tracking rebates and claims.

We require a Diploma in Business, Logistics & Supply Chain Management and 2–3 years in sales administration, order processing, or related fields. Strong Excel is essential; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales administration, order processing, customer service support or international trading.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for calculations, analysis and reporting.
• Experience with SAP is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Maintain effective relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide team coverage and support ad hoc projects.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Logistics, Customer Support, Finance, Accounting, and Management, to resolve operational matters and support sales execution.
• Assist in the coordination and administration of regional marketing activities and events.
• Maintain effective relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide team coverage and support ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or any relevant field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in sales administration, order processing, customer service support or international trading.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for calculations, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
