Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Operations professional to coordinate regional HR initiatives, manage project logistics, and support expatriate administration across ASAO. The role requires expertise in HR data analytics, stakeholder management, and compliance with employment laws.

The successful candidate will handle monthly reporting, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration, with occasional business travel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR operations or related functions.
• Experience in HR data analytics is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience facilitating group meetings and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices, especially in Singapore and ASAO region.
• Experience supporting expatriate administration or regional HR operations is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organise regional HR initiatives including employee engagement and development programmes.
• Prepare and manage logistics for regional projects and meetings.
• Consolidate personnel statistics for monthly reporting with HR and finance teams.
• Support compliance audits and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze HR data and trends to identify process improvements.
• Support expatriate administration and regional mobility processes.
• Monitor and apply employment laws across the region.
• Provide administrative support to General Affairs functions.
• Assist with ad hoc HR projects as required by the HR Manager.
