Culture Entertainment PTE. LTD. is seeking a Personnel/Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations, policy development, and workforce planning. You will drive recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development across the company.

You will provide guidance on compliance with relevant regulations, manage payroll coordination and HRIS, and supervise HR staff while shaping engagement initiatives and talent development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, management or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience.

  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.
  • Prepare HR reports, manpower plans, and departmental budgets.
  • Supervise HR and administrative staff for day-to-day operations.

Personnel/Human Resources Manager
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in human resources, personnel management, and business operations.

Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and review human resource and personnel policies, procedures, and management strategies.

Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning to support business growth.

Manage employee performance, training, career development, and succession planning programs.

Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, benefits administration, leave management, and personnel records.

Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, MOM regulations, and company policies.

Provide HR and management advice to senior leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance resolution, and workplace conflict management.

Prepare HR reports, manpower plans, departmental budgets, and management reports.

Supervise HR and administrative staff, ensuring efficient day-to-day departmental operations.

Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, and performance improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with government agencies, auditors, and external service providers on employment and compliance matters.

Support strategic business planning, operational improvements, and change management initiatives.

Monitor HR key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Safeguard the confidentiality of employee information and company records.

Perform other managerial and administrative duties assigned by senior management.
