REVUP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join an established asset management firm with a strong emphasis on payroll and talent acquisition.

The role supports the broader HR function across the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include end-to-end monthly payroll management, end-to-end talent acquisition across investment, front-office and corporate functions, and maintaining accurate HR records in alignment with Singapore regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Approximately 5–8 years of HR experience with strong hands-on exposure to payroll and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll, salary processing, CPF contributions, tax matters, benefits, claims and payroll reconciliation.
• Lead talent acquisition across investment, front-office and corporate functions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
• Manage employee lifecycle matters including contracts, onboarding, confirmation, transfers and offboarding.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and internal HR policies.
• Support compensation and benefits, performance reviews, employee relations and HR policy implementation.
• Partner with business leaders on manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
• Manage external vendors, recruitment agencies and HR service providers.
• Support HR reporting, audits and ad-hoc HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Approximately 5–8 years of HR experience, with strong hands‑on exposure to payroll and talent acquisition.
• Prior experience within asset management, investment management, financial services or professional services is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, CPF and payroll practices.
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented and comfortable operating in a lean HR environment.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
