Job summary

ONION SEARCH PTE. LTD. is assisting a client in Singapore to hire an HR & Admin Manager to oversee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

The role also covers administration, office premises, assets and vendors, policy development, ensuring compliance with local labour regulations and EP/DP processes. Tender experience (Gebiz) is a plus and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field.
• 3+ years HR & Admin management experience.
• Familiar with Singapore labour regulations and EP/DP processes.
• Experience with tender processes (Gebiz) is a plus.

• Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations and EP/DP matters.
• Manage administration, office premises, assets and vendors. Develop HR & admin policies to support daily business operations.
• Ensure compliance with local labour regulations, organise staff engagement activities and maintain positive workplace environment.
• Prepare and review purchase requisitions, RFQs, purchase orders and procurement documentation.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Oversee full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations and EP/DP matters
• Manage administration, office premises, assets and vendors. Develop HR & admin policies to support daily business operations.
• Ensure compliance with local labour and MOM requirements, organise staff engagement activities and maintain positive workplace environment.
• Prepare and review purchase requisitions, requests for quotations (RFQs), purchase orders and procurement documentation in accordance with company procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of HR & Admin management experience, familiar with Singapore labour regulations and EP/DP application processes. Experience in construction industry is preferred.
• Competent in written and spoken English, familiar with HR systems, capable of policy formulation and cross-department coordination.
• Experience in handling tender matters (experience in Gebiz), if possible
