You will verify employee files, ensure right-to-work compliance, align contracts and job descriptions, and maintain HR system consistency across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Employee Files: Verify contracts, probation records, performance reviews, policy acknowledgments, and personnel documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Right to Work Compliance: Confirm all employees possess valid right-to-work documentation and immigration permissions, where applicable, while monitoring expiry dates.
• Contracts & Job Descriptions: Ensure alignment and currency of contracts, job descriptions, reporting lines, salaries, and actual duties.
• HR Systems Accuracy: Validate consistency across HR systems, payroll, contracts, job descriptions, and organizational structure.
