Job summary

Rhenus SE & Co. is seeking an experienced HR Manager / HR Business Partner in Ireland to support the Director and management team.

The role focuses on aligning people plans with country and group HR objectives, advising on employment law, and driving recruitment, onboarding, and talent development across the division. You will develop and deliver talent programs, support succession planning, and contribute to employee engagement and employer branding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience at HR Manager / HR Business Partner level.
• Knowledge of local labour law.
• Experience in recruitment & onboarding.
• Experience in people development.
• Experience in supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with country and group objectives.
• Provide guidance on employment law and HR policy compliance.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for new talent.
• Develop talent programs and succession planning.
• Support employee relations and engagement activities.
• Drive employer branding and HR best practice across the division.
• Maintain accurate HR data across systems.
