Job summary

Rhenus SE & Co. Ireland seeks an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment, planning, and performance processes.

You will partner with managers to define role requirements, manage job requisitions, and oversee candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will also support workforce planning, rewards, development, and compliance with Irish and EU labour laws, maintaining HRIS data, and delivering data-driven insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR with Irish employment legislation knowledge.
• Ability to lead recruitment, planning and performance programs.
• Proven ability to analyse HR data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and selection across the organisation.
• Collaborate with managers to assess workforce needs and talent gaps.
• Coordinate HR planning, learning, and development initiatives.
• Maintain HRIS data, generate reports, and track metrics.
• Support compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with Irish and EU labour laws and audits.
