Job summary

Rhenus Group in Dublin seeks an HR Manager / HR Business Partner to lead people strategies for the Country, aligning with Overland and Group HR objectives. You will partner with directors and managers to drive engagement and ensure legal compliance across the organisation.

You will also shape recruitment, onboarding, talent development, succession planning, and HR policy delivery while developing the local HR team and maintaining robust data in HR systems.

• To act as a HR Manager / HR Business Partner, developing positive relationships to directly support the Director and managers within the Country
• Ensuring that the people plans are aligned with the Country, Overland and Rhenus group HR objectives
• To keep appraised of internal and social developments, maintaining full compliance with any legal requirements
• To provide support, advice and guidance to the management team and employees in respect of all HR related topics
• To develop and support the division with its recruitment strategy and onboarding of new talent
• To identify, develop and deliver talent programs to allow for internal growth and development, reviewing both operational and leadership requirements
• To support the Country participation in any Overland or Group led people initiatives, ensuring local alignment
• To assist in the development and structure of both operational and management trainings, making use of the Rhenus Learning Management System
• To develop and support the divisions approach to succession planning, identifying high potential

• To manage, benchmark and evaluate local compensation and benefits arrangements
• To support the management team with employee relations activity, acting as the contact person for any external party involvement

• To proactively promote and embed the company’s core values, leadership fundamentals and focus on excellence.

• To contribute to the development of policies and processes and pro-actively support the delivery of HR policy and processes across the division
