Job summary

Our client, a global pharmaceutical leader in Dublin, is seeking an experienced HR Partner to support a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

You will deliver specialized HR tasks to leaders and employees, collaborating with PAG, COEIs, and business leaders to embed the people agenda across capability, engagement, learning, talent management and analytics. The role requires discretion, strong facilitation and negotiation skills, and a hands-on problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive HR partner/generalist experience.
• Experience in healthcare/pharma preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong facilitation, mediation and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on mentality with problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized HR support to leaders and employees.

• Partner with Managers to enable team and individual effectiveness and a strong employee experience.

What You’ll Deliver

• Deliver specialized HR support to leaders and employees
• Work alongside HR Business Leaders, embedded Talent Leads, People Advisory Group (PAG), Centers of Excellence and Innovation (COEIs), and Function/Business Leaders to contextualize, deploy and embed the Function’s respective “People” agenda in the areas of organization capabilities & effectiveness, engagement & belonging, lifelong learning, talent management & development, talent acquisition and people analytics & insights
• Deliver an exceptional people experience. Partner with Managers and employees to enable team and individual effectiveness.
• Manage escalated situations and establish feedback loops.

Experience required:

• Extensive human resources partner and/or generalist experience
• Experience in the health care or pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Must have ability to handle and maintain confidential information
• Facilitation, mediation, and high-level negotiation skills
• Hands on mentality, problem solving and solution-oriented mindset
