Job summary

JLL in Dublin seeks a Graduate Building Surveyor to join the Building Surveying team and work on commercial property portfolios for clients. You will assist in due diligence surveys, defect analysis, and refurbishments, while developing your APC through structured guidance.

Responsibilities

Graduate Building Surveyor

We are seeking to recruit an additional graduate Building Surveyor to work on commercial property portfolios owned/to be acquired/disposed of by our clients.

• Ability to work independently using own initiative
• A capability for achieving tight targets and meeting deadlines
