Job summary

JLL in Dublin is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador for our Integrated Facility Management team on the Amazon account. You will own front-of-house interactions, greeting visitors, sign-in, and supporting meeting & event services across spaces.

This role emphasizes presentation standards, security awareness, and reliable administration. You will thrive in a high-profile corporate setting, delivering timely responses to customer needs, coordinating room bookings, and liaising with security

Qualifications

  • Reception, concierge, or related experience.
  • Catering/hospitality background desirable.
  • High-profile corporate environment experience recommended.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in English and local language.
  • Strong PC literacy and system management skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver core reception services: sign-in, badging, visitor greeting, deliveries, and phone/email inquiries.
  • Maintain presentation standards across front-of-house and meeting/event spaces with attention to detail.
  • Set up and monitor meeting rooms including furniture, equipment, signage, and consumables.
  • Manage room booking systems (Outlook, conference room finder, SharePoint).
  • Coordinate with security and janitorial teams on events.
  • Support space audits, trouble tickets, mail services, and administrative tasks.
  • Provide personalized, timely responses to customer needs.

Role Purpose

The Workplace Experience Ambassador team are the owners of the internal and external visitor experience. The role exists to provide the highest possible standards of engagement with our internal and external customers through all front-of-house and meeting & event services. Whilst providing front of house services is a key deliverable, the team is also responsible for standards of presentation, administration and delivery of all meeting and events services and areas, so will work in a variety of settings. Workplace Experience Ambassadors must be customer and quality obsessed, demonstrate a high level of security awareness at all times and have clear knowledge of all onsite emergency and evacuation procedures.
