Job summary

Griffith College is seeking an HR Administrator to join the HR Department. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support operational HR activities and assist in strategic initiatives across multiple campuses in Ireland.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, drive new sourcing ideas, ensure compliance with local employment legislation, and partner with staff and managers in Dublin, Cork and Limerick. The role may involve HR projects on onboarding, engagement, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business or a related field.
• CIPD accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle across Dublin, Cork and Limerick campuses from vacancy to onboarding.
• Support hiring initiatives and source talented candidates.
• Assist with maintenance of compliance with local employment legislation.
• Build strong partnerships with employees and managers across campuses.
• Support HR projects on onboarding, engagement, branding, performance, and training.
