Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure HR transactions are completed accurately within agreed timescales.
• Administer employment lifecycle: starters, leavers, transfers, promotions, appraisals.
• First point of contact for HR queries.
• Maintain accurate HR records and systems.
• Produce HR reports and KPI analytics.
• Support payroll administration.
• Coordinate Occupational Health and absence management.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding and induction.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvements.
