Job summary

The Merrion Hotel in Dublin is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and uphold the hotel’s high standards. You will supervise cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, coordinate turndown services, and ensure adherence to cleaning checklists and proce dures.

The Merrion, one of Dublin's finest luxury hotels is recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor.

Centrally located in Dublin within easy reach of public transport, this role will offer you the opportunity to work in a beautiful hotel where the highest of standards are in place and where you have all the tools you need to do your job. Your role as Housekeeping Supervisor will include:

• Supervision of the servicing of guest bedrooms, public areas and turndown service.
• You must demonstrate five star hygiene standards and work in a professional manner, whilst supervising the Housekeeping Team.
• Ensure employees adhere to cleaning checklists, as per hotel standards.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with Management Team.
• Regularly check public areas/toilets to ensure standards are maintained.

Shift Work & Flexibility Are Required In This Position.

The successful candidate will have strong guest focus, communication skills, great spoken and written English, multi-tasking ability and enjoy contributing in a positive way to The Merrion Culture. Flexibility in response to guest and business needs is required, no two days are the same!
