Job summary

Premier Inn Dublin City Centre (Jervis Street) is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for our new site. You will lead the housekeeping team, drive performance and collaborate with other departments to uphold high standards and exceptional guest experiences.

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will recruit, train and manage the housekeeping team, oversee laundry and labour controls, and ensure COSHH health and safety compliance while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a hotel or similar environment.
• Recruitment, training and performance management experience.
• Knowledge of COSHH and health and safety practices.
• Attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.
• Strong communication in a fast-paced setting.

Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager and working closely with all other departments you’ll lead from the front ensuring the successful daily running of the site. You will be responsible for driving performance through inspiring and developing the housekeeping team to deliver our high standards consistently, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and making us the most loved hotel brand.Ideally, you’ll have management experience in a similar environment.
