Job summary

Generator Dublin is seeking an exceptional Housekeeping and Quality Manager to lead a hardworking team in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. This role focuses on maintaining spotless standards across guest rooms, public areas and laundry, while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will drive cleanliness, safety and operational excellence, inspiring your team with a passionate, proactive approach and clear direction to meet diverse guest needs and business demands.

Qualifications

Previous experience as Housekeeping Manager or similar role
Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organisations
Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products

Responsibilities

Assist the Housekeeping manager in overseeing the team and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel, guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and other assigned areas
Monitor the supervision of effective bedroom cleaning, servicing and maintenance, ensuring sufficient room stock is available to meet business demands
To ensure that the Hotels housekeeping practice and standards are adhered to
Have a good understanding of our guests needs and give your team members direction to fulfil these needs in a fast and effective way
Complete any required administrative functions as instructed by the Housekeeping Manager
Display a passionate, fun and enthusiastic approach to work in order to inspire and motivate the members of the team, creating an enjoyable, cohesive and supportive working environment to work within
Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety compliance inclusive of COSHH

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHO YOU ARE

Highly motivated and pro-active; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions
Have exceptional administration and organisation skills with great attention to detail
Must be highly customer focused with excellent communication skills
Be an excellent team player
Possess the ability to keep staff motivated during long and demanding shift
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
You must be eligible to work full time in the EU to be considered for this role

YOUR EXPERIENCE
