Staycity is hiring a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team across our Irish properties, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will implement SOPs, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in guest experience.

Qualifications

We would love you to have:

• Proven track record of 5+ years in a hotel/aparthotel housekeeping department with management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering key performance indicators
• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to self-organize.
• Proficiency in team management, guiding and inspiring your colleagues.

What you can do for us:

• Leading our Housekeeping team in implementing and upholding the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our Housekeeping department, ensuring strict adherence
• Assist with maintaining the property's presentation and hygiene standards, consistently meeting the company's high-quality benchmarks, inspecting all rooms, and assisting with all general housekeeping duties as and when required
• Lead, Train, and Motivate: Build a cohesive, high-performing team.
