Job summary
Dalata Hotel Group in Limerick is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our hospitality team. You will gain training through the Dalata Academy and work under the Food & Beverage Manager to deliver friendly, professional service to guests.
Ideal candidates will have previous Bar & Restaurant experience, flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Fluent English and strong communication are essential.
Qualifications
- Previous Bar & Restaurant experience is essential.
- Flexibility in working hours including mornings/evenings/weekends.
- Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
- Micros experience preferable.
- Experience in a hotel is preferable.
Responsibilities
- Greet regular guests by name and provide friendly service.
- Know the menu and wine; make recommendations to guests.
- Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
- Upsell and maximise sales revenue wherever possible.
- General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
- Serve guests with food and beverages.
