Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Assistant to join our dining team and provide friendly, efficient service to hotel guests.

You will greet regular guests by name, maintain knowledge of food & wine, and upsell to maximise sales. Flexibility for mornings, evenings and weekends is required.

Experience in a hotel and Micros experience are advantageous; fluent English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is essential.
• Flexibility in working hours (mornings/evenings & weekends).
• Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment preferred.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet regular guests by name and provide courteous service.
• Maintain good knowledge of food and wine; make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous, and professional at all times.
• Upsell to maximise sales revenue.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
