MLR have an exclusive and unique opportunity for a Duty Manager to join a prestigious 5-star property in County Laois.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to play a key role in the daily operation of the hotel, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional and memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

As Duty Manager, you'll be a visible presence throughout the property, overseeing the smooth running of the hotel during your shift and supporting the Front of House and wider operational teams.You'll lead by example, ensuring consistently high standards of service while responding confidently to guest needs and any challenges that arise.

We're looking for someone with strong operational experience, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.You'll be comfortable taking responsibility, making decisions, supporting your colleagues and ensuring the guest journey runs seamlessly.
