Qualifications

• Experience as Duty Manager or similar hospitality leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage daily hotel operations and maintain service standards.
• Strong communication and guest resolution skills.
• Motivates and supervises front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.
• Act as a main point of contact for guests, resolving queries and handling issues professionally and promptly.
• Support and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Assist with staff supervision, training, and performance management across front-of-house operations.
• Monitor service standards, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.
• Conduct regular operational checks to ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with reception, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support revenue generation initiatives, hotel promotions, and guest retention activities.
• Assist senior management with reporting, administration, and operational planning.
• Ensure the hotel maintains its reputation for high-quality hospitality and customer care.
