Job summary

Staycity Group is seeking an analytical Revenue Analyst to support our UK portfolio with accurate reporting and actionable commercial insights. You’ll contribute to pricing, inventory and business mix decisions while developing toward an Assistant Cluster Revenue Manager role.

The role involves partnering with Revenue Managers, Marketing and hotel teams to drive commercial objectives and share best practice, with flexible patterns and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends and communicate clear commercial recommendations.
• Experience using Opera PMS and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports covering market share and performance.
• Analyse performance data and provide clear recommendations with guidance from RM team.
• Collate and validate data ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Conduct weekly rate parity checks and investigate discrepancies across channels.
• Support RM with operational and analytical activities to enable strategy execution.
• Collaborate with Revenue Managers, Marketing and hotel teams to meet commercial objectives.
• Provide flexible support during peak periods to ensure continuity of revenue operations.
