  • Generous holiday allowance
  • Bonus scheme that rewards high performers; based on our core values and tied to individual property goals
  • Discounted rates for overnight stays for you, your family and friends
  • Refer and earn scheme if you successfully refer a friend to work with us
  • Cycle to work scheme- to support a healthy lifestyle and our planet
  • Education Support to help you foster new skills
  • Volunteer days: 2 paid volunteer days per year
  • Support for you and your family when you need it with our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
We would love you to have:
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to interpret data, identify trends and communicate clear commercial recommendations.
  • Experience using Opera PMS and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • A structured and organised approach, with the ability to manage recurring reporting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with a range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset and genuine interest in developing a career in Revenue Management.
  • The ability to challenge information constructively and investigate discrepancies.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, revenue management, commercial analysis or a similar analytical role would be an advantage.

  • An accounting qualification or part qualification would be desirable but is not essential.
What you can do for us:
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports covering market share, ancillary revenue, car parking, day of week performance, source segments, forecasts, executive rooms, rolling premiums, corrections and adjustments.
  • Analyse performance data and make clear recommendations with guidance from the Revenue Management team.
  • Collate and validate data in line with established processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Complete weekly rate parity checks to ensure Staycity offers the best available rates and availability across all channels.
  • Investigate rate discrepancies and follow up with the relevant teams where necessary.
  • Carry out detailed analytical reviews, challenge data inputs and ensure reporting is accurate and clearly understood by stakeholders.
  • Monitor revenue management system performance and highlight opportunities relating to pricing, inventory and business mix.
  • Provide meaningful commercial insights that support faster and better informed decisions.
  • Improve reporting processes, consistency and efficiency across the UK portfolio.
  • Develop strong revenue reporting knowledge and become a trusted point of contact for colleagues and business partners.
  • Support Revenue Managers with operational and analytical activities, allowing them to focus on strategy and revenue optimisation.
  • Work collaboratively with Revenue Managers, Marketing and hotel teams to deliver commercial objectives and share best practice.
  • Provide flexible support across the portfolio during peak periods, projects or team absences, ensuring continuity of the Revenue function.
